About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and guest-focused Tapas Dinner Server to join our evening service team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, social dining environment and has a strong understanding of shared-plate service, timing, and hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Provide warm, attentive, and knowledgeable table service during dinner service
- Guide guests through the tapas menu and offer food and beverage recommendations
- Take and input orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver food and drinks with proper timing and presentation
- Monitor tables throughout the meal to ensure guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Handle guest questions, special requests, and concerns professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service stations
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and service standards
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience required; tapas or shared-plate dining experience preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to manage multiple tables in a fast-paced PM service
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of wine, cocktails, or Spanish/Mediterranean cuisine is a plus
